We store the email address associated with your account for authentication. We also store reminder preferences, quiet-hours settings, notification preferences, movement completion history, and timeline/progress data that you create while using the app.

Retention and deletion / การเก็บรักษาและการลบ
Your account-linked data is retained while your account remains active. If you delete your account in the app or submit a deletion request through our official account deletion page, we will remove the account and its related app data through our system workflow.
